Announcement Regarding Sunday Service - COVID 19
“Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.” Philippians 2:4 ESV
This verse has played over and over in my mind as I have meditated on tomorrow’s service. First, we have no reason to panic or live in fear. Even in these uncertain times, there is one thing that is certain— Our GOD is in control.
We have been asked to practice social distancing by not gathering in groups of more than ten. While the risk posed to most of us by the Coronavirus is low, there are some among us who should not gather in a crowd because of age or medical conditions. With that in mind, Fresh Start will stream service on Facebook Live at 10:00 a.m. (https://www.facebook.com/FreshStartChristian). We will record the sermon and post it to the website. We will also provide the sermon on cd to anyone who does not have Facebook or internet access.
You who know me - know what a difficult decision this is for me. It was made out of concern and caution for our brothers and sisters who may be at a higher risk of contracting Covid-19 - esteeming others higher.
Let’s join together in fellowship as we are told and also look out for the interests of others. I look forward to seeing you on Facebook Sundays at 10:00 a.m.
